Dear all! The 2022 Safety and prevention expo and congress event organizing committee would like to invite you to the first “Safety and Prevention 2022” Conference and Expo to be held on October 13th and 14th 2022 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In cooperation with various stakeholders, we have prepared an extensive two-day program. The conference program contains paid and free programs. Please, see the detailed timelines for additional info. Furthermore, besides the comprehensive conference program, we have prepared an expo where companies and organizations in the sphere of fire safety and occupational safety and health at work will introduce their assortment. Most of the lectures and conferences will be held in the Slovenian language, except for the international conference »Safety and Prevention 2022«, which will be held entirely in English.

Modules
One day module D1 – national conference (only in Slovenian language):
Thursday, October 13th, 2022 – One-day module D1 includes a national conference fee »Challenges of electric mobility – li-ion batteries as a source of fire risks
Fee – Module D1: 160,00 € + VAT
One day module D2 – International Conference »Safety and Prevention 2022« (in English + translation to Slovenian language):
Friday, October 14th, 2022 – One-day module D2 includes an international conference fee
Fee – Module D2: 210,00 € + VAT
Included in the Modules D1 and D2:
· visiting the fair,
· participation in fair presentations/demonstrations and,
· participation in short lectures in the lecture corner (Forum) at the fair (the topics and exact dates of the presentations and short lectures will be published on the online bulletin board),
· optional workshop for Module D1: Maintenance of equipment for work at height, from 10:25 AM to 12:10 PM (Hall Urška 3)
· optional workshop for Module D2: Maintenance of electric vehicles, from 10:00 AM to 11:40 PM (Hall Urška 3)
Two Day Module D1+D2:
The two-day module includes fees for the national and international conferences:

· Conference networking and socializing (Thursday, October 13th, 2022, from 18:45 to 19:30, in Hall Urška 1, snacks and drinks will be provided) and
· participation in a Gala dinner with invited speakers and the Avgusta Kuhar Foundation Award ceremony (Thursday, October 13th, 2022, from 19:30 to 21:00, Hall Urška 3, snacks and drinks will be provided)
· optional workshops for Module D1 and D2: Maintenance of equipment for work at height, Thursday, October 13th 2022, from 10:25 AM to 12:10 PM (Hall Urška 3) and Maintenance of electric vehicles, Friday, October 14th 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:40 PM (Hall Urška 3)
